因為你訂的已經請款了，所以不能退，然後這個費用你可以用在2020年內任意日期的訂房，如果有差額再補足。

他说您预定的是不可取消的优惠价格，不可以取消更改，但是介于中国的糟糕情况。可以将您的26000日元转换到其他日期做新的预定，看您能不能预定2020年其他日期。
