我提交申请后客服回复邮件好像是我无法注册,大佬帮我看看怎么回事好吗

Thank you for your fast track to diamond request. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.
We are pleased to confirm that we offer Fast Track to Diamond status that requires 10 eligible stays or 18 eligible nights at any participating Hilton Honors hotel within 90 days from the registration date, then your account will automatically upgrade to the Diamond tier status. Regretfully, we are unable to register your account for this offer at this moment as we are having annual review for tier re-qualification.
We hope this does not deter you from working to achieve Diamond level through continued loyalty. I would suggest for you to contact us again after the re-qualification period which will be on March 31, 2020. In this case, we will provide assistance with regards to your fast track to Diamond request. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
