I reviewed your comments in the letter you attached and I must say that I am truly sorry for the inconveniences you encountered while you were our guest. It is really sad to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies to our valued Platinum VIP guest for the situations that caused you inconveniences.
I wish we would have had the change to resolve the situations you encountered while you were still our guest. Your business is very important to our hotel and company. Improving the service to our guests is our goal. Your comments help us avoid any future issues.
I do hope you can give us a second chance so I can personally take your reservation and deliver the quality of service you would expect from the Embassy Suites Dorado. To begin we are currently under construction of a multi level parking which will improve the amount of spaces available for our guest. Let me also inform you that I have applied a refund to your credit card for the amount of $100.16 the total amount for your personal expenses since your reservation was prepaid. We have also given you credit for the amount of the total charge of 1 night of your stay at our resort which you will receive in the form of a company check in the mail.
