Thank you for your e-mail. In order to claim missing miles you need to follow our 'claim missing miles' process which is outlined on our website. Please log in to your Diamond Club account and follow the link 'claim missing miles' under the Members' section. You need to complete the required form and send us your boarding passes and ticket/receipt for your request to be processed. The address you need to send this to is as follows:

We can credit any flights that you have taken within the past 6 months provided they were booked on a eligible partner and bookings class. To find more information regarding eligible bookings classes please use the following link:

Normally we will require your original boarding passes together with your receipt in order for us to process any missing miles requests.
However, please make a copy of your boarding passes and send this to our Administration team together with a note to explain why a copy is sent instead of the originals. The decision to accept your claim will be made by our Administration team upon receipt and you will be notified of the outcome. I am not able to offer any guarantee's that your claim will be accepted and processed if not accompanied with the originals.
