报报优悦会丑恶的嘴脸

本人11月收到优悦会的周年促销邮件。 邮件写明是注册活动3个月内每Stay赢取额外1500点优悦会积分。在住了2个洲际酒店的Stay后发现实际上每个Stay只获得了1000点周年积分。在优悦会网站补登, 于是引发了下面与优悦会的争论, 让大家看看优悦会的丑恶嘴脸。 至于以后大家是不是会当优悦会的Fan就仁者见仁智者见智了。下面发发和优悦会来回的邮件:

IHG起家的假日也就是欧美的大车店,服务意识极差,不配有忠诚会员。

互相玩玩,到也不差。

Thank you for your reply. But how come PriorityClub want to cheat loyal customer!!! I've forwarded you the promotion email which was sent to my hotmail account earlier. I think I'm not blind enough to misread 1000 & 1500 in the mail. Not sure what's wrong with IHG system, maybe in your system the bonus point should be 1000points/stay, but the mail sent to me is really 1500points/stay. If truth is like this, it's the fault of your system, not me. Please check with your contact again to see whether PriorityClub could change my bonus to 1500points/stay. If finally still can not change, I will never stay at any IHG hotels because it'll be exactly a trickster in my mind. Thank you!

有一点不得不提的是, 虽然优悦会的态度恶劣, 但是回复邮件还是蛮快的。

Please accept our deepest apolgies for the inconvenience we have caused you. The email has been forwarded to you inadvertently due to system glitches, based on the original mechanics of the Anniversary Bonus Offer 2010.



For your conveneince w ehave provided the mechanics of the offer.



Earn 1000 bonus points for every qualifying stay. Eligible participants will receive this promotion via mail with the message “Our anniversary gift to you.” Promotion runs from 01 January 2011 to 31 December 2011.



To earn 1000 bonus points, the participant must book a qualifying rate every time they stay at our property. Only qualifying stays made within 90 days of registering to the promotion will earn the bonus points. This means that if a member registers on 01 January 2011, all qualifying stays they make between 01 January 2011 and 01 April 2011 will earn them additional 1000 bonus points.



The bonus points or miles will post with the stay. Only one room per member per night will be awarded the applicable bonus.



Further, we greatly appreciate you taking the time to bring this matter to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Thank you for your reply. Seems like PriorityClub prefer to hurt Customer than give Customer the points which supposed to give base on the promotion email even when the mistake is 100% caused by your own system. I will quit Priority Club in 6 weeks after I redeem my points. Please let me know how to quit Priority Club membership. I will share my experience and feeling with all my colleagues and persuade them not to stay at such an honest-less hotel group. And I'll also share my experience at those travel forums. The forum readers will judge who is doing wrong and will decide whether they want to stay at IHG hotels any more. Anyway, thank you so much for your reply.

收到很“官方式”的回复。 看来不准备留人了。 于是把积分在优悦会里换了些东西。 等东西收到后准备销户。如此优悦会, 如何能“悦”得起来。。。

反正我现在已经开始转到SPG了,看看人家对白金的待遇,在看看IHG对白金的待遇,我只在没有SPG的地方选住IHG的酒店!
现在后悔没早点去SPG!

恩,我们的方向很一致啊! 不过我一直在纠结要不要踢掉Hyatt考虑HH.

在信件中,PCR已经多次致歉,并承认是他们的系统出错,并把真正的1000分的邮件印证给你看, 而PCR的立场是不能给你1500分,只能给你1000分。。。
劈开感情,劈开情绪,这只是两方处理事件的方式不同。。。
会员不接受PCR的解释,认为你第一封的邮件为准,PCR必须给1500分:
PCR多次致歉,给了一封PCR认为真正的邮件,给1000分的促销的邮件为依归。。。

这只是PCR在这件事的处理方式,和标题PCR丑陋的嘴脸没有直接的关系。。。
LT更加不会因为这件事和PCR的关系恶劣。。。

既然PCR已经承认是系统出错,我们就不要纠结在是1000分还是1500分,该住哪家就哪家~~

对呀,都已经认错了,还要怎么样!PCR不认为他们应该为这个错误付出1000分的代价,这很正常呀,这是他们的权利,好吧!

退出了吗? 不要光说不练,你都和优越会声明退会了,人家也很明确的把方法告诉你了,光叫嚣无实际行动,大伙会看不起你的。优越会是不会留你的,你对500分都这么计较,对优越会来说本身也不是很有价值的会员。估计你写了这么多邮件,他们也把你记录下来了,不用等你主动退会,迟早多半也离封号不远了。建议还打算玩优越会的朋友,千万不要学LZ。要低调些别得理不饶人,给你多少就拿多少,闷声发财就完啦,别占了便宜还卖乖!

话说回来LZ对500分计较,但优越会何尝不是也对500分计较呢?
有错要承认这是应该的,但优越会应该在知道错误后的第一时间补发通知并真诚道歉,这样客人一般也不会纠缠不放的。
就像SPG前不久不一样发错邮件说已经有免费房,但别人马上就道歉,貌似也没TX为此事投诉。
优越会错就错在要客人主动提出错误的时候才认错,有没在知错的情况下主动认错。
另外此客服几乎和BANK OF CHINA一样,都是牛人啊 给人感觉店大欺客

优悦会本来就是这么的烂,我已经不住洲际的酒店好几年了。这里还有些人老是觉得会员有问题,估计这种事情没有发生在他们身上罢了,如果真是发生了,估计叫得比谁都厉害。这不是500分的问题,酒店系统出问题凭什么要顾客来承担损失?而且1500分也是客人看到的白纸黑字的写的,也是你优悦会发出来的,这也有错?我支持楼主的退出,这么破烂的洲际的酒店不住也罢。
