First of all, sorry for the late respond to you due to miscommunication within the hotel but thank you for your inquiry through our Starwood Corporate Customer Center.
We appreciate you staying with us and would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during the stay.
The Westin Chosun understands the importance of fulfilling each one of our guest’s expectations and it concerns me greatly that you departed with a negative impression of us.
We truly apologize for the problems you encountered from the reservation process with SPG Service Center in China, mistake by our associates upon check-in furthermore the maintenance of guest room as well.
We checked your comments with our Front Office Manager and SPG related front office agent. Although you made reservations twice from the different booking sources – your company and the Internet, the two reservations from SPG Center were merged into “one” under your name automatically. This is the reason why the system was appeared that you had “one” reservation upon the check-in process. However, there is no problem with you granting 500points and you will receive the points in 3 working days since we asked SPG Affinity team to accumulate them for you.
In regards to your room assignment, we apologize for not providing a better-conditioned guest room that you would have satisfied with. Please rest assured that we made a special note on your profile regarding room assigning for your better stay in the future at our hotel.
Also, we apologize again for a low-quality of the bathroom maintenance in the guest room caused you such an inconvenience. Your comments have been shared with our associates and corrective measures such as re-maintenances will be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
