Dear Winston C. Lazarte,
Many thanks for your prompt reply and kind advise on current promotions
in general. But I still don't understand which kind of selected members
the CTC offer is targeted and I still dont see any differences between
myself and the other people who I know already received the CTC. Once
again, I believe I'm just this type of selected members CTC is targeting
as I regard IHG hotels as my second home. You can see from my details
that and I have been staying with IHG hotels when I travel to China for
business and I have just made several reservations covering 10 days in
January. In addition I have been organising meeting events several times
in previous years in crowne plazas in Shanghai which might be not in my
details. As my business demand I will need to travel to China more times
in the year 2011 and I believe PRC would not encourage customers to go
for the other loyalty programs such as SPG or A-Club. Once again, I
would be grateful to receive the details of CTC promotion.
