申请CTC,另外一种拒法

金卡会员,为了验证坛子里一个TX的帖子(有新注册的帐户要到ctc的吗?)。今天刚收到回信:

我也还只是金卡,而且是今年三月刚加入PCR的
你这几个拒信模板我邮箱里都有。。。
是在被用不同格式的拒信拒三四次后今早收到的CTC
