I am embarrassed to hear about the negative experience that you have encountered in our hotel during your recent stay. We will provide further training to our Housekeeping associates regarding turndown service training as well as prioritizing guest’s needs.
Regarding the shuttle bus, we regret to inform you that there was not a shuttle at 11:00am due to very few request therefore it was canceled however the Concierge should have informed that we will provide compensation for the one-way taxi fare to the point of shuttle drop off.
