I would like to double confirm this room rate, because it is too attractive to be reasonable.
I strictly followed the online reservation process, so I will not accept any reasons if you won't offer this rate.
So, 800JPY for 4 nights, right?
Greetings from Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo and thank you for your email.
There has been a problem with our system this evening and we are manually sending the correct confirmation to all our guests.
We are truly sorry to inform you that the correct total rate for your reservation of 4nights is JPY 213,320 (JPY 53,330 x 4nights)
We hope for your kind understanding in this matter and look forward to welcoming you to Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo.
今天看见 另一位同学 居然拿到了那个价格，觉得还是有谱的，于是发了封邮件过去
I believe people like you and Chinese will value integrity, and consider it as one's most important character.
I made the original reservation not because I wanted to take advantage from you, but really planned to take a vacation in Japan. So I sent a mail to confirm with you the rate. Then you replied that you directly corrected my rate to 53,330JPY per night. I thought you would not offer this rate to every one who made reservations with this rate as mine.
But heard from my friend, he got the 50% off offer from you in your first reply, and original rate from your second reply.
So, it is unacceptable that you only changed my reservation rate.
Here I ask you to make another reservation as my original one.
And of course, I will introduce your hotel to my colleagues as a very integrity case.
Thank you. And waiting for your reconfirmation.
