怎麽説 太多廢話。你應該直接闡述你受到的傷害 可能/已經做出的措施 以及希望得到的補償。你多喜歡他們 對他們來説沒差。對他們來説,也無法證實你當時是不是真的在換衣服 或者是真的是一秒都沒等就進來了。你如果覺得不服氣,直接聯係GM,然後CC美國客服重新按照我的方法申訴一次吧。

酒店因为技术问题回不了邮件。。。整个事件和酒店的处理就是活久见。上海Portman RC一生黑。
酒店在几天之后的回复:
My apologies for delay in response as my email has indeed been facing technical challenges over the past days.
Ms. Bi, in response to your earlier email, please once again allow me to convey our most sincere apologies for your experiences on your most recent stay. We take your experiences and feedback very serious and as shared earlier, corrective actions have been taken to prevent re-occurrence.
Sorry for not meeting your expectations to keep you informed closer right after the incident, despite your experience was assumed as addressed appropriately and immediately, in person, on the day of happening.
Should this not be the case and should there be anything else I can assist with in this matter, I will be pleased to speak with you at your earliest convenience.
On behalf of all our Ladies and Gentlemen, I do look forward to welcome you back in person, any time soon.
