闵行宝龙艾美不给snp,怎么投诉?
春节期间自己app定了一晚闵行宝龙艾美,前台自己的身份证和我老婆的都给前台妹子登记了,过了一周发现snp一直未到账,打电话给万豪热线要求补登snp,今天早上收到酒店邮箱,意思说不是我本人入住所以没积分房晚,当时我没要水单,但是银行刷卡签字和前台登记摄像头肯定能查到是我亲自入住的
各位遇到过这种事吗?是不是酒店员工自己倒卖snp?该如何要回自己的房晚?谢谢
