Thanks for your quick response. I appreciate it.
Could you please let me know why the 1000points/nt promotion is invalid to my stay of July XX according to the message within per email - ' You recently registered for an offer with Hyatt Customer Service to earn 1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles per night. Unfortunately, as of July XX, 2010, this promotion is no longer valid.' Is the American Airlines AAdvantage's problem, or my account's problem? By the term Hyatt posted, this promotion should be available until September 30, 2010.
From June 15, 2010 through September 30, 2010 (yes this night does
count) our Hyatt Gold Passport members can earn 1,000 bonus miles per NIGHT (in addition to the 500 miles they can earn per stay) for a maximum of 30 nights! (WN members will earn 1 bonus credit on top of their 0.5 credits per stay)
Both existing and NEW Gold Passport members can register to participate in the promotion. Remember it is only valid for guests who choose miles for the stay and pay and Eligible rate. If you need clarification on this feel free to ask. Simply ask to enroll in TP30K2010 (using your preferred program).
Here are the Participating Programs
JL- Japan Airlines
NH- All Nippon Airways
QJ- Jet Airways
Thank you for contacting Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service. I
appreciate the opportunity to assist you.
Per your request, the promotion is was open to all Gold Passport
members. You can changed airlines for the promotion, however, the night
counter will reset for the new airline, but not promotion. Per example,
you already have stayed two nights and earned 1000 AA miles/nt for a
total of 2000 AA miles. Then you switch airlines and the counter
resets. The system views the next two nights as nights that were
already bonused, so you would not receive the new miles until after you
stayed an additional two nights.
Please let me know if I may assist you further. Thank you for your
continued support of the Hyatt Gold Passport program.

Thank you for informing.
I wonder this promotion is only invalid to me or to all Gold Passport
member? Is there something wrong to my promotion register or my account?
If the 1000 points is no longer valid to American Airlines AAdvantage
miles, how about UA or other mileages, still valid for this promotion?
You recently registered for an offer with Hyatt Customer Service to earn
1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage miles per night. Unfortunately, as of
July XX, 2010, this promotion is no longer valid. Please be aware that
you will keep the miles you?ve already earned, but you will not be able
to earn any additional miles in this promotion. The miles you have
already earned will post to your AAdvantage account in the next 4-6
If you have not yet already done so, we encourage you to register for
the 60,000 AAdvantage miles promotion at goldpassport.com/american60k.
You can earn 3,000 miles per stay (up to 60,000 miles) through October
15, 2010. We are excited to share this promotion with you, as you can
earn more miles and have a longer period of time to do so.
