We would like to advise you that a copy of your e-mail sent to the Guest Relations dated 20 January 2010 was received by our office today, 21 January 2010.
We apologize if you did not receive your membership portfolio in a timely manner. The usual delivery takes two to four weeks via regular mail. There might have been some issues with the local postal service in your area.
Nonetheless, we have arranged for your replacement Ambassador portfolio to be sent to your mailing address on file. And as a one-time consideration, we have arranged for an expedited delivery of your portfolio. Please allow five to seven business days for delivery. Also, please make sure that someone will be available to sign the parcel, as it will be sent via Federal Express.
Rest assured that while you are waiting for your Ambassador portfolio, you may enjoy all your Ambassador benefits and privileges, simply by quoting your Ambassador account number 387 when making reservations or upon arrival at any InterContinental Hotels. The only exception is the Complimentary Weekend Night Certificate as it is included in your portfolio.
