Thank you so much for choosing our hotel for accommodation. However, we do apologize that we can not provide the accommodation on July 28, 2010 due to our hotel opening date delay from July 28, 2010 to August 18, 2010. As per hotel management team discuss, we would like to offer our recovery to provide 3 nights’ complimentary stay for your next time visit with upgrade to our Suite as our deep apology and compensation
反关重庆希尔顿强行取消预定,投诉后的答复
fully understand that you have experienced inconvenience due to closure of the hotel and I do apologize for the inconvenience it caused.  I would like to arrange an Executive Suite upgrade for your next visit and personally arrange everything to ensure your stay will be an enjoyable one.
希尔顿这个我是正常付费预定,经过重庆-中国-亚洲-全球钻石小组投诉结果。喜来登我还没有投诉,就已经主动写信来了

估计希尔顿取消的太多了,头也大了 ,干脆刷点筱流氓了。

也不是都能这样,不过总体来说这方面喜达屋确实不错。
