Sorry to start a new post but thought it may have gotten lost in the other thread
Having had a call with Wyndham this morning, we are finally getting to the bottom of these issues.
I know some of you have emailed your missing miles/queries over to us, we now have the OK to add any missing activities on for you and our admin team will be working through these in the next couple of days.
Unfortunately Wyndham changed data providers during the promotion and this has caused a few issues, they are now unable to re-send the data from during the promotional period due to this change. If I can ask you to send your Wyndham statements showing your stays over to the diamond club email address (and not via PM to me) we can make sure that any miles are added to your account, offer was to receive a max 20k promo miles and any stays over and above 4 in this period would receive base miles only.
Please do not currently send missing stays for after 31st March as these are currently being processed by Wyndham and the base miles should be loaded to accounts shortly.
