I'm writing to you regarding to my booking with XX hotel with confirmation XXX;
Due to the mis-click during hotel booking stage, i mistakenly purchased xxx points with my credit card ending in XXXX. The purchase does not relfect my real intention of purchase. Could you please kindly help cancel my point purchase in good faith.
