细则与条款

1. 此优惠仅适用于拥有香格里拉贵宾金环会会籍的飞客茶馆旅行网会员（以下简称“会员”）。  

2. 会员须于2018年11月15日至12月14日期间，通过专设的二维码或网址下载香格里拉手机应用程序（以下简称“应用程序”），并在成功下载后的两小时内在应用程序上登录其贵宾金环会账户，方可享受此优惠。

3. 同一会员同一会籍只可获赠250分贵宾金环会奖励积分，重复注册之会员不得再次享受此优惠。

4. 该250分贵宾金环会奖励积分将仅可在会员于单个设备上的首次账户登录时获赠一次。在同一个设备上，使用不同的会员账户多次登录应用程序，或者在不同的设备上，使用同一会员账户多次登录应用程序，将不得再次享受此优惠。

5. 在成功下载香格里拉手机应用程序并首次登录贵宾金环会账户后的2至4周内，250分贵宾金环会奖励积分将计入该会员的贵宾金环会账户 。

6. 此优惠不可与其它促销或推广同时使用。

7. 香格里拉手机应用程序及贵宾金环会的条款与细则亦对此优惠适用。如上述条款与细则之间存在冲突或不一致，其适用的优先顺序是：（i）香格里拉手机应用程序条款与细则；（ii）贵宾金环会条款与细则；（iii）本条款与细则。

8. 如不同语言版本有所出入，将以英文版为准。

1. This offer is only open to flyert members who are also Shangri-La’s Golden Circle (“GC”) members.

2. To enjoy the offer, members must download the Shangri-La Mobile App (the “App”) through the dedicated QR Code or URL between 15 November 2018 and 14 December 2018, and sign in to their GC accounts within 2 hours after their successful downloads.

3. Each GC member is only eligible to earn 250 GC Award Points for one GC account in this offer. Duplicated membership accounts will not be merged and are not eligible for this offer.

4.250 GC Award Points will be awarded only once for the first GC account login on a single device. Multiple logins to the App using different GC accounts on the same device or the same GC account login to the App on multiple devices will not be eligible for the offer.

5.250 GC Award Points will be credited to the GC account within 2 to 4 weeks after the first successful download and sign in to the GC account.

6.This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any offer or promotion.

7.This offer is also subject to Terms & Conditions of the Shangri-La Mobile App and the Golden Circle Programme. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedent shall apply: (i) the Shangri-La Mobile App; (ii) Golden Circle Programme; and (iii) these terms and conditions.

8. In case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version will prevail.
